Studio Policy

At Vy's Floral Design Studio, we do not believe in "cookie-cutter" arrangements. Instead, we believe every floral design should be a true reflection of your expression. This is why we do not offer a catalog for ordering. We prefer to give our designers a wide range of creative choices when crafting your floral arrangement, often utilizing available seasonal flowers.

We believe that floral artistry is subjective; therefore, we do not offer exchanges or refunds based solely on a customer's personal preference. If you have a specific request regarding color or style, please inform us beforehand or contact our studio. We do not provide photos of arrangements for pre-approval before delivery.

Delivery Time Requests

While we strive to accommodate specific delivery time requests, we cannot guarantee them due to driver availability. All orders will be delivered between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

During major holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year), we are unable to accommodate specific time-of-day delivery requests due to the high volume of orders.

Delivery Information Accuracy

It's the sender's responsibility to ensure that all provided delivery details are correct and accurate. Vy's Floral Design Studio will not be held accountable for any failure to deliver resulting from incorrect or insufficient information.

  • If recipients are unable to accept delivery at the specified time and location, Vy's Floral Design Studio will not be held responsible.

  • If the sender or recipient requests the order to be left with a neighbor, on a porch, in a yard, or at a front desk, Vy's Floral Design Studio is not responsible for the order once it has been delivered to that specified location.

  • To ensure the freshest delivery, we generally avoid contacting recipients directly. However, our drivers will send a text message to your recipient to confirm someone is available to accept the floral delivery.

    The sender must provide the correct address and sufficient contact information for the recipient.

    If the recipient is out of town or unable to receive the delivery, we'll coordinate with them to find the best date for a redelivery. Please remember flowers are perishable; confirming recipient availability is crucial. While we'll do our best to re-attempt delivery, this depends on our driver's route availability.

    Returns and Refunds

    Flowers are perishable and natural items. For this reason, we are unable to accept refunds or returns. We encourage you to contact our studio via phone or email to discuss any concerns.

    Cancellation Policy

    Vy's Floral Design Studio will gladly assist with requests to cancel an order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped or is en route for delivery.

Flower Substitutions

We reserve the right to make substitutions. In some instances, the product photo may represent an overall theme or look and might include a one-of-a-kind vase that cannot be exactly replicated. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers may occur due to weather, seasonal availability, and market conditions. We will always ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement are preserved, and only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Vase/Container Policy

While we strive to match the specified vase or container as closely as possible, please understand that particular items may be out of stock. We reserve the right to substitute with a vase or container that complements the design's aesthetic and is of equal or greater value.

Flower Care

Flowers are perishable. To ensure your flowers remain vibrant for as long as possible, please give the stems a fresh cut upon receipt. The recipient should also replace the water every other day, keep the arrangement out of direct sunlight, and prevent it from overheating.

Funeral Orders

Funeral orders are our highest priority. If an order is placed too late to make the funeral service, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you so that you can make alternative arrangements or have something sent directly to the family's home. Please ensure you provide the correct funeral home address and the time of the wake or viewing in advance. We typically contact the funeral home directly to verify viewing times and coordinate delivery. If you select a delivery date prior to the actual viewing, we will deliver to the viewing as per the funeral home's instructions.

Special Flower Color Requests

We will fulfill your special color requests to the best of our ability. Please note that additional fees may apply in some cases. Unfortunately, we cannot alter colors if your order has already been designed. For custom floral designs with specific color requirements, please contact our studio before placing your order online.
